Ingredients
- 1 avocado (skinned and stone removed)
- 1 orange (skinned and pipped)
- 1 medium carrot or ½ beetroot
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- ¾ cup strawberries
- 1 heaped tsp certified organic spirulina
- 1 small handful of walnuts
- 2 tsp marine or bovine collagen powder (optional)
- Coconut water or milk
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
