Subscribe & Save

Select the product you'd like to purchase and choose 'Subscribe and save'. Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you an email with your Clinicians account details so you can manage updates to your subscription.

Yes! For each product you'd like to subscribe to visit the product page and select subscribe.

You can choose to receive your order every four, six or eight weeks. If you use your Clinicians products every day, we recommend choosing a four-weekly subscription. You can adjust your subscription frequency by logging in to your account and selecting Subscriptions > Manage subscription > Frequency.

We'll deduct your payment every four, six or eight weeks, depending on the subscription frequency you've selected. Log in to your account and select Subscriptions to view your next billing date.

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. Log in to your account and select Subscriptions > Manage subscription > and follow the prompts to cancel/pause your subscription.

Log in to your account, select Subscriptions and edit billing details.

You receive free shipping within New Zealand when you sign up for subscription. For more details, visit our Shipping and Returns page.

Unfortunately, Laybuy does not support subscriptions, so if your order contains a subscription then LayBuy will not be shown as a payment option.

The automatic subscription discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount codes entered at checkout.
