Sleep Support Powder is a research-based formula containing Magnesium and Chamomile that work together for relaxation and calm, supporting you to fall asleep more easily. They also support quality sleep and healthy sleep patterns.
Add powder to a cup of warm or cold water and stir well.
Adults:
Use one rounded teaspoon of powder.
Teens 13 - 18 years:
Use 1/2 a rounded teaspoon of powder.
